Music and Movement together is amazing, not only for your physical health, but also for your emotional, cognitive and psychological well being.
Every time you move your body, you improve your mood, increase your motivation, strengthen coordination and extend your attention span. If you add music, you WANT to move.
Tailored Leaning Program
Live Free’s Music and Movement weekly sessions are specifically designed to be fun, promote friendships, reduce anxiety and the effects of depression, and they are fully supported.
Forget about hitting the right notes or dancing in the spotlight alone. Our group is all about the fun of celebrating together. Whether you’re a shower singer or a car karaoke star, your voice deserves to be heard.

What are the Benefits of Singing for Neurodiverse People?

Our fun group is all about being together, using music, dancing, and singing to develop confidence, learn new communication and social skills, and finding your own voice.
